Description

I started this batik almost a year ago. The original photograph of the sculptured angel can be found on flickr. I decided to use the photograph to create a batik style version of the angel. The baby blue ribbon you see is an award that I won at a high school art show, labeled as "Honorable Mention." Took about 3 months to completely finish the final product. This was a very tedious process, but it was worth it.
